Robert Pattinson, our favorite vampire we knew and loved for his role in Twilight recently made an eye-opener and we’re not sure he thinks so. The actor recently opened up to a major newspaper in which he revealed that he was unsure how to act. The actor opened his acting experience and what his journey as an actor has involved since the start of his career.
“I don’t really know how to act, I kind of wanted to make it real, and one of the ways I always thought it was a little easier is to shake your physical state just before the action. You end up entering a scene with a … different feeling, “Pattinson told the newspaper.
The 33-year-old actor also revealed that sometimes he gagged so hard that he vomited. “I forgot that I had a microphone all the time, so the producers and the director, before each take of the film, would get … It sort of discourages everyone,” he said. The London-born actor admits to being a “catastrophist”.
That said, the actor also believes that, in some cases, his pessimistic outlook has proven beneficial. “I’m a catastrophist. I always think the worst case will happen. So when that happens, I say to myself, ‘Gah! OK! I’m ready!’” To share that he is attracted to particular types of characters on the screen. “I don’t really know how to play, like a normal person. I don’t think I’m good at subtleties. I like characters who, when a situation is imposed on them, their decision-making process is incomprehensible. The actor says he finds it fascinating when people make bad decisions, “he said.
To conclude his statement, he said, “Humor and confusion.” Take a break from Pattinson, we think you’re great!
