Milwaukee Bucks MVP candidate Giannis Antetokounmpo might be the most dangerous player in the NBA when gets in the open floor.
The “Greek Freak” delivered the goods on Christmas Day in Philadelphia, taking the ball from coast to coast and throwing down a massive jam over Sixers forward Tobias Harris and a trailing Josh Richardson:

Harris gives up on the play pretty early, especially after Antetokounmpo appears to get away with a walk, and he immediately makes a business decision because of Giannis’ strength and length. Richardson seems to think he could have made the play, but he arrives far too late.
Antetokounmpo is unstoppable going downhill precisely because he is so long and crafty. He has mastered the modified Euro-step and knows he can get to the rim pretty much at will.
The reigning league MVP is having an even more impressive season this year. Giannis was averaging 31.0 points, 12.9 rebounds and 5.6 assists entering Wednesday’s matchup, and he also led the NBA with a dazzling 34.5 Player Efficiency Rating, according to Basketball-Reference.
Needless to say, plays like these will help to keep Giannis among the leading candidates for MVP once again as he leads this Bucks juggernaut.
